In partnership with South Fulham PCN, Fulham Good Neighbours will be hosting a workshop to help beneficiaries learn how to use the NHS App and PATCHS.
The session will offer practical, hands-on support, with a small group of professionals available on the day to answer questions and guide attendees through both platforms. Tea and cakes will also be provided in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
