Overall satisfaction is 78% positive up 1% from last quarter.

This annual report is based on the experience of 1.324 people.

Overall satisfaction is 72% positive. For Charing Cross Hospital it's 67% positive, Hammersmith Hospital is 77% positive and for Queen Charlotte Hospital, satisfaction is 72%.
