Three practices received a significant number of comments that were mostly positive.

The vast majority of people receive good quality, compassionate treatment and care, with good levels of support. According to feedback, patients would like greater levels of service access.

Satisfaction on service access has improved by 6% this quarter. Complaints are up 17% on telephone access, but down by 11% on waiting times and down by 1% on booking processes.

Complaints are down by 8% on treatment and care, and down by 4% on staff attitude.

Complaints are down by 10% on communication and down by 6% on administration.
