Annual report 25/26

Healthwatch Hammersmith & Fulham’s Annual Report 2025/26 shows how local people’s experiences are helping shape better, fairer health and care across the borough. This year, Healthwatch listened to over 6,250 people, produced 24 reports and insight products, delivered 63 engagement activities and worked with 31 partners to turn community insight into action. The report highlights work on maternal mental health, childhood immunisations, GP access, neighbourhood partnerships and reducing health inequalities through trusted relationships with local communities.
